Skoda Rapid Hatchback First Drive & Gearbox

Skoda Rapid

Skoda Rapid Overview

Skoda Rapid come to light in the year 2011 and with the launch, the vehicle acquired a handsome sum of sales in the segment it was intended for. It is the Skoda’s answer to the executive cars in the segment such as Hyundai Verna and Honda City. The car quickly turned into highest volume gainer in the Czech automaker’s India portfolio. Skoda Rapid being sold in India is based on Volkswagen’s PQ25 platform, unlike the Euro-spec models that are based on the MQB platform. Check for car loan for Skoda Rapid

After 5 years of lifespan and steady performance, Skoda again introduced the facelift version of the car in 2016 but that failed to garner the interest in the Indian car buyers. Recently, Skoda launched the special edition variant that’s been called as Rapid Edition with the competitive price tag and additional features. The new 2018 Edition is similar to the Monte Carlo edition which was launched last year and now got discontinued.

Skoda Rapid Look

The Rapid’s fascia is completely new. A new chrome-outlined grille and angular headlamps bring it more in line with its bigger brothers, the Octavia and the Superb. Below the grille sits a redesigned bumper, with a large, honey-combed lower air intake, prominent air dam and fog lamps. In profile, the Rapid has not changed at all, and the only revision round the back is the lightly redesigned bumper and tailgate-mounted chrome strip. Other nouveau embellishments include the projector headlights with “jewel-shadow” daytime running lights as Skoda calls them and chrome moulding on the door handles. On the whole, the clean lines and sharp edges make the Rapid look fresh, purposeful and contemporary.

Other changes include a new 110hp diesel engine and some equipment upgrades. As earlier, the Rapid will be available in three trims – Active, Ambition and Style, with petrol as well as diesel, and manual as well as automatic options.

Skoda Rapid Comfort

On the inside the Rapid gets fabric seats. The Dashboard is the same which looks dated. There haven’t been any changes to the interiors, which is not a very pleasant thing. It does not get a touchscreen either, which is available on most cars in its segment. The Rapid Black Edition has cruise control too. It is a spacious car and has very good leg room, even at the rear. The seats are high and have good padding and support. Getting in and out of the car is very convenient. Like in all Skodas the trunk space is phenomenal with one drawback being that the boot can’t be opened from the outside unless the user does so with the key. The boot can be opened by a one touch button from the inside, but hitting the unlock button for the doors does not unlock the trunk. The spare wheel is not a full size one and gets a narrower tyre.

Skoda Rapid Gearbox

;Powering the front wheels is a 1598cc oil burning lump which features like double over head cams and a high pressure direct injection system. While you don’t have to guess where this engine comes from, what you will keep wondering is how different this engine feels in the Rapid. Pushing out a 105 PS @ 4400 rpm and a meaty 250 Nm of torque between 1500-2500 rpm, the Rapid is tuned in a slightly different way compared to the Vento. While it’s slightly more audible, performance throughout the rev range is extremely linear with a crisp throttle response. In fact driven around town, the Rapid actually feels quicker than its German sibling. However numbers tell a different tale.

Flat out the 100 comes up in 12.03 (11.16 seconds for the Vento) seconds which is a tad slower than the Vento. Roll-on figures reveal a similar story. The 40-120 in fourth gear takes 17.12 (16.29 seconds for the Vento) seconds which are some very good figures. Keeping the throttle pedal buried we maxed the Rapid out at 182 km/h. There is absolutely nothing to choose between the Czech and the German when it comes to performance. Braking is also a sure footed affair with the Rapid featuring dual rate brake assist along with ABS which helps in shedding speed rapidly. For more information on Skoda Rapid visit Bigintmedia

Skoda Rapid Riding

Driving around slow moving traffic and by lanes, we really appreciated the direct and easy to twirl steering which makes it easy to maneuver. Low speed ride is absorbent and pot-hole infested roads were also dismissed without any problem. But large road imperfections do make their presence felt in the cabin, as the suspension thuds through them. On the highway, the Rapid displays good stability and the comfortable ride makes it an able cruiser. Over undulating surfaces it does tend to bounce a bit and a flatter ride would have been welcomed. Around twisty sections, the Rapid feels willing and the direct steering, good body control and loads of grip gives you lot of confidence. The brakes too offered good bite and stopping power felt more than adequate.Book Skoda Rapid Test Drive.

Skoda Rapid Safety

Talking about safety, Skoda India is offering ABS and dual front airbags as standard across all the trims of the new Rapid. You also get Hill Hold Control and Electronic Stability Control with the DSG transmission. Skoda has had a bad reputation in India when it comes to after sales but they’ve come a long way in making the process transparent and reliable. They are also offering 4 year service car programme as standard with the new Rapid that covers 4 years warranty, 4 years of roadside assistance and an optional 4 year service package.

Skoda Rapid Price in Pune

Skoda Rapid On-Road Price in Pune ranges from 9,72,708 to 17,31,206 for variants Rapid 1.6 MPI Active Petrol and Rapid 1.5 TDI AT Monte Carlo respectively. Skoda Rapid is available in 11 variants and 1 colours. Below are details of Skoda Rapid variants price in Pune. Check for Rapid price in Pune at Autozhop.

Skoda Rapid Bottomline

The update has certainly made the Rapid a lot more competitive. For starters it looks a lot sharper than before, gets more features along with ABS and Airbags being standard across all variants. Skoda has also looked into the warranty aspect and is now the only manufacturer offering a standard four year warranty along with four years of Skoda Roadside Assistance and Skoda maintenance Package. With prices for the base petrol manual starting at 8.19 lakh and going up to Rs. 12.55 lakh for the top end Style DSG (ex-Mumbai), prices are on par with the competition. The Rapid makes a strong case for itself for those who like to drive and appreciate a well-built product.

Jaguar XE Hatchback First drive & Gearbox

Jaguar XE

Jaguar XE Overview

It’s been a long time coming with the numerous teaser campaigns, the big bang unveil on the banks of the Thames river and already quite a few outings at global motor shows! Jaguar’s ‘make or break’ XE model has promised a lot in it’s buildup with the new aluminium architecture, aerodynamic design and the in-house Ingenium diesel engine. But basically, this is Jaguar’s most ‘affordable’ sports saloon to shore up volumes by attracting a wider and younger set of customers. Check for Car Loan Interest Calculator.

All this effort and investment, 2 billion pounds to be precise, will mean little as the battle with the Germans is largely on how this baby Jag delivers on driving dynamics and engine performance. The BMW 3-series is considered the segment leader in the driving dynamics department followed closely by the new Mercedes-Benz C-class and a new Audi A4 well on its way for what has been a three-pronged battle so much. We are among the first journalists to drive the XE in not-so-sunny Spain and find out for ourselves if the XE can be a worthy competitor.

Jaguar XE Look

Jaguar XE has an agile look and is designed to make it a head turner when it is driven on the road. Jaguar XE features include a length of 4795mm and a width of 2075mm and come with body colored bumpers. The engine grill has a beautiful perforated design that is bordered with a chromium strip and the logo of the company inscribed in the middle. The headlight cluster is big and powerful and are equipped with halogen lamps for the Pure trim whereas, the Portfolio trim is equipped with bi-functional HID Xenon headlamps along with headlamp power wash function.

To cool the powerful engine quickly, it has a big black color perforated air dam along with two black color air vents to dry the brakes. Looking at its side profile, you will notice silver encrusted air vents, body colored ORVM caps (with integrated turn lamps) and door handles along with uniquely designed fenders, which houses 17-inch silver alloy rims mounted by tubeless radial tyres.

The rear profile of this car reinforces the athletic look of its front. Jaguar XE Colors available in the market include, Ebony Black and Polaris White. If you want more variety, then you have to pay for some other colors like Ammonite Grey, Blue Fire, British Racing Green, Dark Sapphire Metallic, Glacier White, Italian racing Red, Odyssey Red, Osmium Blue, Quartzite, Rhodium Silver, Ultimate Black, Black Cherry, Celestial Black, Ingot, Storm Grey, and Tempest Grey.

Jaguar XE Comfort

The sporty and understated design philosophy of the exterior has trickled down to the interiors as well. It shares some beautiful elements with the big daddy XJ like the ‘Riva Loop’ which is a continuous band of trim running around the dashboard and connecting the front doors. The dashboard itself sports a clean design with the touchscreen infotainment system taking centre stage. The AC controls are neatly laid out with buttons being of adequate size. Speaking of buttons, it is slightly disappointing to hear a click sound from many buttons. It robs away some of the premium experience and Jaguar could have used better buttons.

The overall interior quality is very good in the Jaguar XE. The front seats offer excellent support and are well cushioned. The rear seat is a little tight in terms of headroom for tall passenger owing to the sloping roofline but is otherwise very comfortable. The under thigh support and legroom is good for any passenger below 5’10”. However, a third passenger would not be comfortable due to the tall transmission tunnel and protruding rear AC vents.

The boot is very practical due to its flat and wide floor. The spare tyre is tucked away under the floor unlike the Mercedes C-Class and BMW 3-Series which makes all the boot space usable. The infotainment system is much improved over the previous iterations seen in other Jaguar cars but it still isn’t the best in trade. A very neat party trick in the Jaguar XE is the 360 degree camera which is the best we have ever seen in a car. It works very well to show the complete surroundings of the car and makes parking in tight spaces a breeze. The Meridian sound system will satisfy the audiophile in you by providing good music quality. For more information on Jaguar XE Visit Bigintmedia

Jaguar XE Gearbox

Now that Jaguar has released information on U.S. XE models, we now know what engines will be available in the U.S. market. The XE 25t comes with a turbocharged, 2.0-liter, four-cylinder – already seen in other Jaguar Land Rover vehicles — that puts out 240 horsepower 251 pound-feet of torque. For those diesel fans, the XE 20d delivers with a 180 horsepower, 2.0-liter diesel engine that also pushes 318 pound-feet of torque. The range topping model – the XE 35t – comes with a 3.0-liter, supercharged, V-6 that puts out a respectable 340 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque. With that kind of performance, zero to 60 mph takes just 5.1 seconds and top speed is limited 120 mph.

All three engines are mated to a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission, but the XE35t AWD is mated to the beefier 8HP70 transmission, while the RWD variant of the XE 35t, the XE20d and the XE 25t are mated to the 8HP45 transmission.

We’ve all known that AWD was coming to the new XE, but now we have confirmation of what XE models will be available with all-wheel drive. It won’t even be an option on the base XE 25t, but it will be available on the XE 20d and the V-6 powered XE 35t. Like the new XF and F-Pace, the AWD system uses a multi-plate wet clutch transfer case to transfer power to the front propshaft. When needed, the system can switch from full, RWD to AWD in just 165 milliseconds. This on-demand system allows for the steering to remain uncorrupted during normal driving maneuvers.

You may have noticed that there is no V-8 engine option, but give it time. Jaguar won’t let BMW, Audi and Mercedes have all the fun in the compact super-sedan range. Expect the same 5.0-liter supercharged V-8 from the other Jaguar models to find its way into a Jaguar XE R model in the next few years

Jaguar XE Riding

The 2017 Jaguar XE could easily win you over once you turn its rotary transmission selector to Drive. It’s a car engineered for the driver who wants to feel the road through the steering wheel and the seat of the pants. While many cars, including the vaunted BMW 3 Series, have moved toward being more comfortable and isolating, the Jag XE doubles down on driving dynamics. The steering is exceptional, delivering consistent weighting and providing an impressive amount of feedback. You can feel what the car is doing.

Jaguar also knows how to tune a suspension, managing to maintain control around corners and feel perpetually composed yet still deliver a well-damped ride that soaks up bumps and never punishes you for its athleticism. This perception is even better when you choose the Advanced Dynamics Pack. Truthfully, you won’t notice a big difference between its standard and Dynamic settings, but the adaptive suspension’s ability to further improve upon ride comfort and handling is well worth the extra cost. Really, the XE could go up against the Cadillac ATS as the most engaging luxury sport sedan to drive right now.

Of course, the engine you select makes a difference. At this point we’ve only sampled the 35t’s supercharged V6. Like Jag’s supercharged V8s, the XE’s 340-hp engine upgrade delivers silky smooth, effortless power that is pleasantly different in character compared with those offered by competitors. The fact that it gets the same EPA-estimated fuel economy as the base 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder would certainly make us think long and hard about paying extra for the 35t. Of course, the presence of a diesel engine certainly makes the 20d the engine to get for those who prioritize fuel economy. If there is one disappointment from a powertrain perspective, it’s the unrefined automatic stop-start system that draws too much attention to itself. Request Jaguar XE Test drive.

Jaguar XE Safety

All XE versions come with automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and traffic sign recognition that shows the relevant speed limit on the dashboard. Front, side and curtain airbags (which cover the front and rear windows) are also standard, although it’s a shame that there’s no driver’s knee airbag and you can’t add rear side ’bags. A blindspot monitoring system and adaptive cruise control are available as optional extras.

Euro NCAP gave the XE 5 stars in its crash test, and drill down into the details and you’ll discover the XE scores well in the individual categories, outscoring the Audi A4 in all but child occupant protection. The standard tyre pressure-monitoring system warns you if you have a puncture, although you’ll have to pay extra for a space-saver spare tyre instead of an inflation kit. A full-size spare isn’t available. As you’d expect, every version comes with an alarm and an engine immobiliser to help fend off thieves, and you can add a vehicle tracker.

Jaguar XE Price in Pune

Jaguar Xe On-Road Price in Pune ranges from 47,33,532 to 55,67,690 for variants XE Pure and XE Portfolio Diesel respectively. Jaguar Xe is available in 6 variants and 7 colours. Below are details of Jaguar Xe variants price in Pune. Check for Jaguar XE price in Pune at Autozhop.

Jaguar XE Bottomline

The XE retains the Jaguar DNA be it for looks and styling, interior, power and agility. The only knick in the armour is no option for diesel engines as majority of the luxury car sales in India are for oil burner. Leaving that, we loved the XE. With this brand, you don’t just move away from the German badge but you even procure a fresh product that looks a lot more expensive than its price tag.

Hyundai Elite i20 Performance & Test Drive

Hyundai Elite i20

Hyundai Elite i20 Overview

This is the all-new i20 and a car that not only Indian, but people from around the world have been waiting for sometime now. The global premier did take place in India and needless to say, we think the wait for worth it. The new i20 looks great and certainly is one of the better looking cars in the segment. Hyundai has always launched great looking cars in India and this new model is no different. Making use of the Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 philosophy, this new i20 instantly looks stunning. The car now gets a new bold front design that is dominated by a huge single frame hexagonal grille and sharp swept back headlamps. The cleverly designed front fog lamps sit between black housing for the lower air dam and look neat. Check for Car Loan Interest calculator.

Hyundai Elite i20 Look

Hyundai believes the previous generation i20 had a youthful, sporty and hi-tech stance and now while retaining the same characteristics of the styling, they are promoting the Elite i20 with a bold, dynamic and powerful image. We agree with them because it looks powerful indeed and has mature design elements that grow on you with time. The front profile looks imposing with the hexagonal grille having a honeycomb mesh and chrome outlining. The wide swept back headlamps integrate reflectors on the top that act as faux daytime running lights because DRLs are not being offered with the new gen i20 as opposed to the outgoing model. The bonnet has strong creases that add to the visual appeal. There is a pause between the bonnet and bumper on the nose that houses the Hyundai badge neatly. At the lower end you’ll find trapezoidal fog lamps with sharp bumper lip.

The side profile reveals the sporty stance of the Elite i20, which appears forward leaning. The 16-inch ‘diamond cut’ alloys look premium and fill the wheel arches very well while the ORVMs have integrated turn indicators. There is a strong shoulder line that emerges from the headlights and continues upwards to the tail lights. The blackened B and C pillars gives the sense of a floating roof and we quite like it but it is a ‘love it or hate it’ styling cue. It’s integrated neatly to the body but the panel itself feels plasticky and boxy when you knock it. That said, the rear styling of the Elite i20 definitely grabs attention with its broad stance and big car feel. The three step detailing on the huge tail lamps looks upmarket and the bumper gets busy styling integrated with reflectors and one side reverse lamp. The rear parking camera is protruding in the middle and further down is the hatch opening button. The Hyundai logo integrating the button with a hidden camera would have made the tailgate look cleaner. The Elite i20 is 10 mm shorter and 24 mm wider with a 45 mm longer wheelbase.

Hyundai Elite i20 Comfort

While the cabin space is par-for-the-course, the upmarket ambience will be quite a deal maker. Premium hatchbacks today offer quality we’d expect in segments above and the Elite’s cabin is a perfect example. The dashboard is elegantly designed, with uniquely styled AC vents and a centre console with controls that are easy to navigate through. The lower portion of the dashboard is coloured black, while the upper half stretching all the way into the windshield is beige. We enjoyed the diversity of the atmosphere, and thought it fed off a trend that most car makers are following today here in India. The audio system is positioned at the top of the centre console, right below the central AC vents.Though it comes as a highlight, the central screen could have been bigger for improved ease of use on the move. The controls for the system are arranged around the display, and a large engine start/stop button is placed by the side of the console. The new edition has been updated with an advanced AVN(Audio Visual Navigation) system that comes along with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. For Hyundai Elite i20 visit Bigintmedia

Below is the climate control console which hosts a slender screen with blue illumination. At the lower end of the console, you have a small storage area where occupants can keep phones and other spare items. Also incorporated here are dual 12V power sockets, a USB and an AUX port, adding convenience to the passenger’s experience. The 3-spoke steering wheel is draped in leather, adding to the upmarket experience of the cabin. The instrument cluster comes with an analogue tachometer and a speedometer, and the illuminated dials make it easy to read in any condition.Door pockets are present in all of the doors, but we have to stress that they’re too shallow to hold anything substantial. The entire arrangement is ergonomically sorted and everything falls to hand quite easily. Armrests and headrests provide added comfort, and the lumbar support is excellent too. The seat upholstery bumps up the premium feel in the cabin, while the contrasting beige and black stitching is a visual treat. Added bling comes in the form of the metal highlights on the gear knob, parking brake and the inside door handles, showcasing the attention to detail.

Hyundai Elite i20 Gearbox

Now the engines. As has become a norm in this class of hatchbacks, there’s one diesel and one petrol engine on offer. Both engines have been carried over from the previous i20. So, the petrol is a 83PS, 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol while the diesel is a 90PS, 1.4-litre unit. The petrol is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox while the diesel gets a 6-speed manual. There is no automatic yet on offer.

We are driving the diesel here; the engine almost 70 per cent of Elite i20 buyers have opted for so far. And for good reason, because the first thing that strikes you is how good the NVH is on the new Elite i20 diesel. You can hear the diesel engine outside, but it isn’t an irritating or loud clatter. However, once seated inside the car, the engine feels both quiet and refined. It is also an easy revving engine. But if we had to nitpick, we’d say the turbo lag is a bit of a dampener. It’s only after 2,000rpm that the car really gets going. The 6-speed gearbox, however, doesn’t give you much to complain about. The gear shifts are precise, the throws aren’t very long and the clutch operation is light and progressive too. View offers on Hyundai Elite i20 at Autozhop.

Hyundai Elite i20 Riding

The ride quality is good for most urban and highway conditions. The MacPherson setup at the front with a torsion beam axle and coil springs at the rear are adequate dampers for good and bad roads. Large potholes can be a bit unsettling, resulting in sharp thuds but overall the ride quality is comfortable. On the handling front, I do feel that the new i20 is seriously underpowered for the kind of control it exhibits. It’s tightly controlled in corners and while there is some body roll, it’s not unsettling nor does it at any point make you feel unsafe. I did find the steering a bit elasticky and it’s not as impressive as in the Grand i10 but it’s light enough for urban commutes with enough weight for when you take it out of the city.

The assistance fortunately is not excessive and like in the Verna or the previous i20, you do not need to be extra cautious when taking the steering wheel off centre.Compared to the diesel variant, the petrol i20?s steering setup feels lighter, thanks to the lesser weight of the petrol engine. But that also makes the steering feel more lifeless. The engine however, feels livelier than its diesel counterpart. Being a naturally aspirated mill, it has a more linear power delivery with no flat spots to complain about. The engine is rev happy and gets the car rolling from as low as 1,200 rpm. Needless to say, it is also quicker and more refined than its diesel sibling.

Hyundai Elite i20 Safety

Hyundai has incorporated a decent braking system in the hatch, which consists of disc brakes on the front and drum brakes on the rear. It is supported immensely well by the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), but that is limited to the top three variants. Earlier, Hyundai i20 used to be the only hatchback under Rs. 10 lakh that offered as many as half a dozen airbags and was impeccably safe. But, now the scenario has reversed as even the top-end trim has only 2 airbags. The base and mid variants don’t feature a single airbag, while the Sportz trim comprises of only driver’s airbag. The parking assist feature with reverse parking sensors and rear camera with ECM display comes handy during parking the hatch.

There are front fog lamps to improve visibility in inclement weather conditions. But, again, both the aforesaid features are with Sportz and Asta trims. Additionally, the top-end trim also features seat belt pretensioners for the driver and front passenger, automatic headlamps, impact-sensing auto door unlock and clutch lock. On the security front, it has immobilizer, smart keyless entry, and central locking (door and tailgate) to endure any event of burglary or thievery. It can be propounded nonchalantly that the current gen Elite i20 stands nowhere close to its predecessor in terms of safety features. The company has disappointed thoroughly in the safety and security aspect.

Hyundai Elite i20 Price in Mumbai

Hyundai Elite I20 On-Road Price in Mumbai ranges from 6,35,433 to 10,88,782 for variants Elite i20 1.2 Era Petrol and Elite i20 1.4 Asta Option Diesel respectively. Hyundai Elite I20 is available in 10 variants and 8 colours. Below are details of Hyundai Elite I20 variants price in Mumbai. Check for Elite i20 price in Mumbai at Tryaldrive.

Hyundai Elite i20 Bottomline

If an engaging driving experience is all you seek from your hatchback, the i20 is not the car for you. It betters the old i20 in almost every way, but dynamics are still not its strongest suite. But if you are primarily looking for an all-rounder with lots of space, a premium cabin and lots of features, the i20 could just be your best bet. It’s got peppy enough engines that should prove to be sufficiently fuel efficient too. Overall refinement is also very impressive, so when you add all of it together you get a car that gets you your money’s worth, premium price notwithstanding. Hyundai’s proven service backing only helps to make the i20 a car that’s easy to recommend.

Define your brand:

Before starting with social media marketing, you should clearly define your brand. You need to be quite clear on how people should see your brand.

If your brand is successful, people will associate it with high quality products. The brand will determine how the audience will perceive your products and services.

Create a perfect social media profile:

If you want to be successful in social media marketing, it is important to have a respectable social media profile. It is also essential that your profiles in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms are consistent and identical.

Inconsistent profiles will cause confusion and this condition will only hurt your brand. For website development services in Hyderabad visit Vivid Design Consultants.

Define your target audience:

How To Deal When A Customer Complains Online

SEO HYDERABAD

So you received your first customer complaint online. Maybe they didn’t like your product, or maybe your service wasn’t what they had expected. Either way, they decided to voice their opinion online for others to see. What you do next is important to the success of your business.

The success of any online business depends on the satisfaction of their customers. Some online businesses have hundreds of positive reviews from their happy customers. For Digital Marketing Company Check Vivid Digital

Take Vivid Digital for instance. If you look at the hundreds of Vivid Digital positive reviews, you will see that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our work.

But not every business can satisfy every customer all of the time. Sometimes you get a customer complaint and knowing how to handle it is important.

Although some consumer complaints may seem unjustifiable, it is important to put ourselves in their shoes. This will allow us to understand their complaints better, because we can also understand their perceptions. Angry customers can be unpleasant, even if we don’t meet them in person.

Here are some things that you should do when dealing with customer complaints through online channels:

1. Apologize and don’t be defensive:

When dealing with angry customers, it is easy to get defensive. Customers can be confused and they exaggerate things. However, when you get defensive, things won’t get better. For SEO Services check cidoc2015

If we apologize, customers won’t feel that they have been wronged. Avoid being defensive, even if it is clear that it’s not the fault of your product or company.

2. Educate customers:

Instead of being defensive, you need to be informative. Provide useful information about your product to help customers solve their problems.

Once customers are properly informed, it will be easier to follow through. Maintain communication with customers to know about their current progress.

3. Contain the issue:

After the problem is properly identified and customers are well informed, it will be much easier to contain the problem. Isolate the problem and if it’s complicated, break it down to manageable chunks.

Most of the time, the problem can be easily resolved. If customers understand the problem and they are well informed, they will agree to work together to solve it. For more info visit SEO Agency

4. Give compensation:

If it’s proven that the problem is caused by product defects or employee mishaps, compensation is a perfect way to regain the trust of your customers.

Compensation is a gesture of goodwill and customers should see that you are being sincere.

5. Properly remove troublesome complainers:

Eventually, you will encounter a few customers who will continue to complain, regardless of what you do. Focusing on them will divert your resources from other customers.

In this case, you need to politely thank them for their past purchases and allow them to choose the products of your competitors.

Volvo XC60 Hatchback First Drive & Perfromance

Volvo XC60 Overview

The Volvo XC60 is a massively important car for the Swedish car company. It represents nearly a third of all Volvos sold. And, as the company is happy to remind you constantly, the XC60 ‘became Europe’s largest-selling SUV in its segment within seven years of its launch. So you can be sure that the Volvo XC60, an SUV that is similar in size to the BMW X3, the Audi Q5 and the Mercedes-Benz GLC, has been carefully designed to further what is already a success story for Volvo and to take it to the next step.

Volvo XC60 price in Hyderabad

The Volvo’s new-generation product was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year and we’ve just driven it. More to the fore, the Volvo XC60 is expected to go on sale in India towards the end of 2017 at a price around Rs 55-60 lakh. Even at the outset you might think that sounds like quite the price jump – the current Volvo XC60 is Rs 48-52 lakh. Well, let’s reserve judgement and look at the Volvo XC60 in detail first, shall we?

Volvo XC60 Look

The Volvo XC60 has a very aggressive front look as compared to the others in its class. The chrome chunky logo sits firm on the traditional trapezoidal grille. A V-pattern can be easily observed in the entire front design line. The flared up side profile gives the junior Volvo a bigger SUV look. The bifocal Xenon dual lamps are not too stretched and fit just right. The turn indicators integrated with the front light assembly completes the arch of the headlight curve, its subtle positioning is the best I feel. Volvo XC60 has a longish bonnet, with a firm shoulder line which runs through the front and climbs its way up to rear boot.Day running LED strips which are parallel to the chrome lining of the radiator grille also contribute to the overall V-shaped theme of the front.Contours made on the front bumper run down from the headlights to the lower line. The positioning of the side air takes on the front bumper is very relaxed. It’s situated at the extreme ends on both sides.

The exterior dimensions of the Volvo include 4627mm length which is lesser as compared to the X3 and Q5. 2120mm width, which is more than that of Q5 and X3 and 2774mm wheelbase, which is lesser than the Q5 and X3.The ground clearance of this low slung Volvo XC60 is 230 mm, more than its rivals Q5 – 201mm and the X3-203mm.Side profile of XC60 is very interesting as the lines run in an ascending manner. The Chrome lining that starts from the front window goes right upto the rear quarter panel. The parallel roof-rails are in contrast with the paint scheme. While the front is low slung, it’s complemented by the raised rear end with those flowing tail lamps.Volvo offers the XC60 in 9 colors which are the Flemenco Red metallic, Terra Bronze metallic, Cosmic White metallic, Silver metallic, Seashell metallic, Ice White, Seville Grey metallic, Black Sapphire metallic and Barents blue metallic. We drove the Black Sapphire metallic shade. The chrome laden Volvo syllables sit on the tail gate. The flowing tail lamps are quite a sight in the evenings. Something which we didn’t like in the exteriors were the exhaust mufflers, it should have been integrated with the rear bumper. In India, cars half the price of it have that arrangement these days. The 17” wheels give a nice side profile. The “XC” syllables embossed on the wheels in a nice touch .The overall design of the Volvo XC60 has been made to create a motion-when-standing look.

Volvo XC60 Comfort

The cabin is fully furnished with multiple elements, which improve its look as well as give immense comfort to the occupants. All the variants are offered with leather upholstery to the seating. This is a rich factor which gives a rich feel and comfort as well. The base variant, D4 Kinetic is offered with an option of integrating sport leather seats, which can be availed at an additional charge. The driver’s seat has a memory function of the adjustment facility and is a benefit to the driver. Whereas the other variants have power seats, which are much more useful. The inside designs are furnished with aluminum in the lower and midrange trims, while the top end has been decorated with wood for much better appearance. Check for Volvo XC60 in bigintmedia

The steering wheel has three spokes and is wrapped up in leather. This gives better feel for the driver and adds richness to the cabin. On the other hand the D5 Summum is integrated with a sportive leather steering wheel which looks trendy. All the trims have leather covering to their gear shift knobs. Furthermore, it also has gear shift paddles available in it for easier gear shifts. There is an advanced instrument cluster equipped into all the variants, which have three different modes available in it. There are climate and audio controls knobs, which have chrome surroundings fixed to them. As a standard feature, there is an internal rear view mirror, which has also got an automatically dimming function to it. Both the driver as well as the passenger sides are fitted with sun visors. These visors are additionally fitted with comfort features like fixing a vanity mirror to both of them, which further has an illumination to them. The rear seats are fitted with an armrest which has cup holders and storage facility integrated within it. There are four textile floor mats that are made available in all the trims for better convenience and richness. A parking ticket holder is offered to all the variants as well. \

There is a tunnel console that is in the front which has cup holders to it. Additional storage is offered by equipping the front doors with pockets to stuff into. Furthermore, there is a console available which has extra storage capacity. : This is one of the most important segment in any vehicle and the company has given its best to make this crossover comfortable and ergonomic for the passengers. The sports seats inside are designed in such a way, which gives better support to the lumbar as well as to the sides. This is very good as it gives a firm support, while going on any off-roading drives. The seats as well as the gear lever and its steering wheel have been covered with high class soft touch leather material that offer a comfortable experience of traveling and driving. Apart from this there is a large glove box to store quite a few things handy, while on the move.

There are quite a few other options as well like cup and bottle holders, seat back pockets, sunvisors with mirror and ticket holders and other utility based aspects. Apart from all these, there are quite a lot of other aspects as well, which include power windows for both front and rear doors with an automatic up and down feature for the driver. Then there are separate air conditioning vents for all the occupants, which adds enormously to their comfort level during the peak summer. There is a advanced audio unit that has can play various types of internal and external devices. It is also equipped with speakers, which are well placed and help in distribution of sound evenly in the cabin. There are accessory sockets to charge small electronic gadgets, while traveling, which further adds to its utility value. All these and many more such other features make it complete comfort package for all the occupants. Other aspects include comfort pillows, rear seat cover, rear window sun shade, an electric heater integrated in the AC unit that also has a remote start, protective car cover, mud flaps for front as well as the rear tyres

Volvo XC60 Gearbox

In terms of the engine, the Volvo XC60 is offered with a 2.4 litre 5 cylinder D5 diesel engine which has a twin scroll turbocharger which produces 214 hp of power at 4,000 rpm and 440 Nm of torque from 1,500 rpm to 3,000 rpm. These performance figures are impressive when compared to its segment. The 2.4 litre turbocharged diesel engine is mated to a 6 speed automatic transmission which offers smooth gear changes. This powertrain also has an all wheel drive system which is impressive over rough terrain.

Volvo XC60 Braking and SafetyThe Volvo XC60 isis offered with DSTC anti skid system, RSC active stability, distance alert system, collision warning system with Auto Brake, Active Bending lights, ABS with hydraulic brake assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, dual stage airbags, inflatable curtains and pedestrian protectionThe Volvo XC60 is available only in a diesel engine option and the rated mileage of the SUV is 15.38 kmpl which suggests that the car can cover around 800 km before needing to refuel.

Volvo XC60 Riding

The Volvo XC60 R-Design has a steering which you wouldn’t exactly call light. The wheel has some weight but it isn’t that heavy to cause too much inconvenience while parking. At high speeds, the steering starts gaining weight and promises a lot of confidence to the driver. Steering feedback is so-so and we would have loved it if it was a bit more. On the handling front, the XC60 really rocks and it promises a lot of fun while attacking corners at speeds you would generally do in a well-weighted sedan. The 235 section Pirelli P Zero Rosso tyres have outstanding levels of grip. Check for Car Loan Interest rate at Fincarz.

If you gain something, you lose something. All this excellent handling comes at the cost of ride quality. The suspension is a bit stiffly sprung and hence the vehicle doesn’t have the most supple, or should I say, comforting ride. At high speeds, it gobbles up potholes with ease and the SUV remains very nicely composed, but at city speeds, some of the undulations do manage to filter inside the cabin, with a thud too sometimes. The suspension settings cannot really be tweaked for Indian versions since the vehicle comes as a completely built unit from its home country. The braking performance on the XC60 R-Design is just brilliant and the pedal has enough feel while the brakes have a lot of bite that make the vehicle stop in time.

Volvo XC60 Safety

So, as you would expect, the new XC60 gets Volvo’s City Safety suite of driver assistance features, but this time around, Volvo has upped the ante a bit. Now, in addition to the auto brake function at speeds of 30 mph and lower, the new XC60 will also get oncoming lane mitigation and steer assist, the latter of which is used to correct your trajectory path if you cross into oncoming traffic and don’t react when a collision is imminent.

And, Volvo’s blind spot system uses the same function to help pull you back into your lane if you don’t notice that there’s a car in your blind spot. One option safety feature is Volvo’s Pilot Assist which is basically a semi-autonomous assistance system that will take car of steering, acceleration, and braking on well-marked roads as long as you’re going 80 mph or less – think of this as something similar to active cruise control or early iterations of Tesla AutoPilot system. Volvo XC60 Price in Hyderabad

Volvo Xc60 On-Road Price in Hyderabad ranges from 63,16,375 to 71,48,369 for variants XC60 Momentum and XC60 Inscription respectively. Volvo Xc60 is available in 2 variants and 4 colours. Below are details of Volvo Xc60 variants price in Hyderabad.

Volvo XC60 Bottomline

If you are looking for a mid-size luxury SUV, we advise you to wait for the Volvo XC60 that launches in India in late 2017. It’s an SUV that prioritises comfort over all else and makes a rather strong case for itself in the process. It is distinctive in appearance, has a soothing cabin and comes loaded with features. It’s also quick when you need it to be but in general, has a calming air about it. In essence, the XC60 is a model that does the important things right. And expect it to be priced keenly too, in the region of Rs 55 lakh. Volvo doesn’t have the largest sales and service setup in India but if that’s not a deal-breaker, the XC60 could be all the mid-size luxury SUV you need.

Hyundai Verna Facelift Test Drive & Gearbox

Hyundai Verna Overview

In recent years, the mid-size sedan segment has been sidelined by many in a bid to get behind an SUVs of varying shapes and size. With manufacturers offering compact SUVs, sub-compact SUVs, crossover SUVs and full-blown SUVs, sedans have not been enjoying the limelight of yesteryears. Nonetheless, the City from Honda continues to do respectable numbers within a segment where Maruti Suzuki have a firm footing courtesy Ciaz. Once a dominant player, the Verna from Hyundai gradually faded away under the onslaught from direct and indirect rivals. But no more. Or at least that is what Hyundai is hoping with the 2017 Verna.

Hyundai Verna Look

The k2 platform underpins the new Hyundai Verna 2017. This platform is light and does not compromise on safety. Ultra high strength steel used in almost 50% of the car. There are many useful features in the car. This platform is longer and wider. The design is based on the Fluidic 2.0 architecture. This architecture is present on Elantra, XCent 2017, Grand 2017 and even the Creta. Now the Verna follows the same and looks part of the family.

Fron / A new grille looks more mature and engulfs most of the front part. It looks more evolved. The headlamps are sleek and the grille gets chrome slate, though only on higher variants. Projector headlamps are now seen in the car and it and also gets LED DRLs. This is what makes the Hyundai Verna 2017 a lot more stylish and attractive. The fog lamps get chrome surrounds and the bumpers are stylish. Check for car loans in Fincarz

Side / The Hyundai Verna 2017 is sporty looking especially from the side. The design is inspired from a coupe and hence it looks suave as well. The silhouette has clean lines flowing across. The mid models have 15-inch steel/alloy wheels and the higher ones have 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. The top variant also gets chrome door handles.

Rear / The Verna 2017 looks very similar to the Elantra. The LEDs on the taillamps remind one of the Elantra. The rear bumper gets a dual tone colour.

Hyundai Verna Comfort

The cabin layout isn’t very different from its stablemates, but that isn’t a bad thing. Interiors are well-appointed and the placement of controls is good. The new steering controls add to the upmarket feel while offering better usability. The quality of plastics is as good as it gets and plastics are nice to the touch with a smooth feel. The 7-inch touchscreen offers a good resolution but a slightly crisper resolution would have been more welcome, particularly for the navigation. The infotainment system offers Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink connectivity.

The ventilated seats deserve a mention as their cooling effect is a boon, and the seats are nicely cushioned and offer good bolstering. The rear bench is comfortable but leg and kneeroom aren’t as generous as some of the competition. The rear seat is a nice place to be in though with its plushness as the height of the arm rest is perfect and the rear air-conditioning vents ensure drafts of cold air reach you well. There’s an additional USB port for rear occupants, a thoughtful addition for the chaueffer driven lot. Storage spaces are abundant with several useful cubby holes, cup holders, a front central arm rest with storage and one-litre bottle holders in all doors. For Hyundai Verna visit bigintmedia

Boot volume may not be best in class but there’s good amounts of space and I don’t think the average buyer will complain. Another highlight is the remote opening function for the boot, like the Elantra and Tucson – you simply need to stand behind the car for three seconds with the key in your pocket for it to open – which helps a lot when your hands are full.

Hyundai Verna Gearbox

Hyundai’s Verna will be offered with two engines, not four. The 1.4-litre engines have been shelved altogether. The 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engines have been carried over, but not without tweaks. Though power figures are identical at 123PS (petrol) and 128PS (diesel), Hyundai says that the torque is a lot more accessible. For instance, at 1250rpm you’d have 245Nm of torque on tap, compared to 176Nm in the outgoing Verna 4S diesel. Similar case with the petrol, where it makes a full 7Nm more at 1500rpm compared to the outgoing car that developed 122Nm. There’s a 6-speed manual like before, but, the 4-speed automatic transmission has been ditched in favour of a 6-speed automatic, presumably borrowed from the Creta.

We could only sample the diesel avatar of the Verna, but had a go with both the transmissions. Clutch in, thumb the start-stop button, and the engine comes to life with a faint clatter. The engine feels smooth and refined as you start driving. The highlight here is the drivability of the motor, courtesy the torque. You can lug it at 30kmph in third. Step on it, and expect it to build speed cleanly. Much like the little Xcent, power delivery remains linear, save for a small spike in power at around 1700rpm. The diesel should make for a good city car as the clutch is light (albeit springy), and the gearshifts are quick n’ slick.

If you don’t want that hassle altogether, the new automatic gearbox will save the day. It shifts through the gears quickly and just gets the job done. Don’t expect it to be a sporty gearbox that will give you split-second shifts. Think of it rather as convenience and it seems just right for the job. There’s a manual mode too, but it didn’t seem all that engaging to use. It’s best left to its own, really. What’s appreciable, is the fact that the Verna is no longer a skittish handler.

Around the skidpad, it remained composed as we chucked it about. Yes, there’s a bit of body roll but it’s predictable. And, we’d say the same thing about the steering as well. It is light, sure – but not dead. It does a good job of telling you what the front wheels are up to. Impressive! We can’t comment on the ride just as yet, but Hyundai tells us the new suspension has been engineered to be more forgiving, more pliant and quieter. It should have no qualms munching highway miles, but we’ll reserve our word on it till we get enough time with the car.

Hyundai Verna Riding

The one serious shortcoming in the old Hyundai Verna was that it wasn’t a confident high-speed machine. With the new K2 platform and changes to both the front and rear suspension setup, Hyundai has completely transformed the driving experience in the 2017 Verna. The steering is still fairly light in town, making negotiating the tight traffic-filled street of Kochi a breeze, and when speeds increased out on the highway a nice reassuring weight enters the equation. The steering also feels quite direct and this really helps with letting you know what’s happening at the front wheels. Book a Test Drive for Hyundai Verna

It’s very well behaved around corners too. The chassis stays fairly flat and though there is some roll when really pushed it’s always predictable and controlled. The brake pedal is quite firm and though it is very linear and has more than enough braking force we do wish it was a little lighter action.Comfort hasn’t been compromised as the ride quality is still pliant in the new Verna. It’s on the firm side but yet manages to absorb bumps and imperfections in the road. This is down to Hyundai doing a lot of work on the suspension. It’s changed the setup of the McPherson linkages up front to limit the horizontal displacement that occurs when the front wheels go over sharp bumps and in the rear, the angle of the shocks have been changed to a more vertical design to better improve the backseat ride. It has worked.

Hyundai Verna Safety

The next-gen Hyundai Verna gets disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. In addition, it is laced with a plethora of exceedingly reliable braking systems such as Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) as standard features. The body structure of the new sedan is developed with 50 percent of Advanced High Strength Steel, which is an additional increase of 37 percent over the preceding model. As for the safety of the occupants, the 2017 Verna comes several avant-garde features in form of 6-airbags, front projector foglamps, ISOFIX (Child Restraint System), Impact sensing Auto Door Lock, Cornering Lamps, Reverse Parking Sensors, and Reverse Parking Camera.

Hyundai Verna Price

Hyundai Verna On-Road Price in Pune ranges from 9,28,886 to 15,45,328 for variants Verna 1.6 VTVT E and Verna 1.6 CRDI SX Plus AT respectively. Hyundai Verna is available in 12 variants and 7 colours. Below are details of Hyundai Verna variants price in Pune.Check for Verna price in Pune at Tryaldrive.

Hyundai Verna Bottomline

The new Verna looks like a scaled down variant of the Elantra sedan which was unveiled last year. The new generation sedan comes with some modern elements on the inside like a new touchscreen infotainment system, but the biggest change that it has received come has to be the new automatic transmission which is much more responsive and smoother compared to the previous unit. Lastly the competitive pricing definitely will also help this sedan to compete with its rival quite comfortably.
