What Reevaluation Is

H1B Visa

A reevaluation is an evaluation that happens after your child’s initial evaluation.

A reevaluation isn’t the same as the annual review of your child’s IEP, which happens every year. Nor is it just additional testing. A reevaluation is a full-fledged look at your child’s needs.

There are two types of reevaluations:

A. Triennial Reevaluation (Three-Year Review)

B. Parent- or Teacher-Requested Reevaluation

Here’s what you need to know about each.

Triennial Reevaluation (Three-Year Review)

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires schools to reevaluate kids with IEPs at least once every three years. This is known as a triennial reevaluation or review.

The purpose of the triennial is to see if your child’s needs have changed. It’s also to see if your child still qualifies for special education services. For Educational Evaluations in US visit UT Evaluators.

Parents and schools may agree not to do a triennial reevaluation, but they must do so in writing.

For example, after reviewing your child’s records and progress, the IEP team might decide there’s already enough data to support continued services and set goals. In that case, a reevaluation may not be needed.

Keep in mind, though, that three years is a long time. Even if it’s clear your child is still eligible for services, his needs and abilities may have changed. A reevaluation can give the IEP team more information about what to include in his IEP.

Sometimes, parents don’t want triennial testing because they worry it may be used to take away a child’s IEP. That’s a real concern.

However, if you’re worried about this, it’s important to know your child can’t lose services without data to back up that he no longer needs them. You also have the right to disagree with a decision to remove services.

The school can’t reevaluate your child if you state in writing that you don’t want him reevaluated. But the school can request a due process hearing if it thinks testing is necessary. The hearing officer would then decide how to proceed.

Unlike with an initial evaluation, you shouldn’t have to specifically request a triennial evaluation. That’s because it’s required by law to happen. But it’s possible that your school won’t initiate a triennial evaluation on its own.

If you’ve spoken to your child’s case manager about it, make sure to follow up with a letter. You can send the school a modified version of our evaluation request sample letter.

Parent- or Teacher-Requested Reevaluation

A triennial evaluation is required every three years for kids with IEPs. However, parents and teachers may want a reevaluation at another time, or before the three-year mark.

Under IDEA, a child may be evaluated only once per year. But that leaves room for you to request a new evaluation for many different reasons:

A. Your child wasn’t originally found eligible, and he’s still struggling.

It’s possible that when your child was first evaluated, he didn’t meet the criteria for special education. After a year, if he’s still struggling, you may want to request a new evaluation.

You can do so even if he’s already getting informal support at school or has a 504 plan.

B. There are new areas of concern.

When your child is first referred for evaluation, the school notes the areas he was struggling in. For example, if your child was evaluated because he was having trouble with reading, the testing may have focused on dyslexia.

But maybe once he received support in reading, it became clear that he struggles in other ways, too. He may have writing or attention issues. If so, it’s appropriate to ask for a new evaluation to look at those areas too.

C. The information from a previous evaluation was incomplete.

It’s also possible that your child’s initial evaluation didn’t address all the areas it needed to. For instance, perhaps you learned your child has ADHD and the school put in place accommodations to help him focus.

However, his impulsivity is also causing disruptions in the classroom. If a behavior assessment wasn’t part of the original evaluation, you may need to request a new evaluation to get one.To know more details on H1B Visa check Cidoc2015

D. Your child is headed to college soon.

To get accommodations and support in college, most college disability services offices require that your child have been evaluated recently. This typically means no more than one or two years ago.

If your child’s last evaluation was years ago, it’s a good idea to ask for a reevaluation before he leaves for college. You may also want to ask his future college how recent an evaluation needs to be.

Also, a reevaluation in high school can provide helpful information for his IEP transition plan.

Considering and Requesting a Reevaluation

Just like an initial evaluation, a reevaluation can be an involved process. It takes time and effort from you, your child and school staff.

Before starting a reevaluation, it’s important to think carefully about why it’s needed. You’ll also want to spend some time thinking about how you’ll explain the reevaluation to your child.

You can always ask school staff for their thoughts and advice. Having a good working relationship with your child’s IEP team can help ensure he’s reevaluated when the need arises.

Hyundai Eon Facelift Review & First Drive

Vci-india

Hyundai Eon Overview

Launched in 2011, the Hyundai Eon is one of the best-selling cars from the Hyundai stable. The car is aimed at the budget customers and is undoubtedly the most good-looking vehicle in its segment with amazing specs. Hyundai Eon has the best expressive face among all the cars in its segment, thanks to its fluidic design language. The tiny little car has flowing lines throughout its body and looks premium for the price it comes at.

The interiors of the Eon are pretty well-managed and do not feel claustrophobic. The plastic inside feels premium to touch and is of good quality. The huge amount of beige used inside the vehicle instantly makes the vehicle very premium to feel and the fluidic design language on the console of the vehicle makes the interiors look plush. Hyundai has installed multimedia system, in the form of CD MP3, and the system also gets Aux-in and USB ports, which are few things missing from most of the cars that fall above its segment.

The Eon draws power from a small 814 cc petrol engine. The mill makes a maximum of 56 PS and never feels underpowered if moved only around the city traffic. The gear ratios are bit odd. The driver needs to constantly take care of keeping the car in the right tune of power. Often, the gearbox has to downshift to get more juice during those overtake manoeuvres. The Eon returns a phenomenal 21.1 km per litre, as per the ARAI.Check for Hyundai Eon price in Chennai at Tryaldrive.

Hyundai Eon Look

Hyundai’s fluidic design language transformed the entire line-up into modish looking vehicles ditching the mundane styling. Breaking the myth that budget cars sport ordinary design and drab styling elements, Eon was a refreshing change for the budget buyers. In front the pulled back headlamps flank the sleek chrome grille. Bumpers get triangular shaped fog lamps and multiple slat air-intakes. Side panels feature sharp beltline, flared wheel arches and supporting character lines at the bottom. Moon shaped tail lamps, prominent spoiler on top and large body coloured bumper are some of the key styling elements visible on rear side.

Hyundai Eon Comfort

Hyundai Eon has very well-thought interior. It is airy and has a cheerful feeling to it. The materials used inside are of very good quality and the finishing of everything is done in a very nice way. Being tall, there is a lot of room inside. The legroom and headroom is ample for four adults and a kid to sit in the vehicle comfortably. Hyundai has used a lot of beige colour to make the car feel premium from the inside. The dashboard has been designed in a curvy and flowing way, and the car feels amazing, especially with the price tag it comes with. Hyundai has tried to keep things very simple and as informative as possible. The instrument panel, for instance, has only three neat pods displaying every information about the vehicle. The steering wheel feels proportionate to the interiors and feels good to hold.

The storage inside the Eon is well managed. On the centre column, the Eon gets a good audio system with premium features. The highlight of interior would be the gear shift indicator that aids the driver in saving a lot of fuel. The small budget car also comes with tilt-steering and front power windows for easy access. The centre console features tiny chrome dipped buttons, which looks snazzy. However, Hyundai could have done a better job on this part. Hyundai Eon has good quality seats and they don’t easily fatigue the occupants. The cabin space, however, is smaller than that of Alto or even Nano. With a boot space of 215 lires, the Hyundai Eon offers a good amount of space for the price it comes at.

Even though the Hyundai Eon is an entry-level hatchback in the market, it is equipped with advanced features. The car gets integrated music system with many advanced features, like radio, CD player, AUX-in, ipod connectivity and USB. These features are often missing from most of the expensive cars and Hyundai has done a good job by providing these unexpected features in the vehicle. There is a set-up of four speakers in the car, which plays the sound relatively well.To manage the space in a better way; Hyundai has installed accessories, like rear parcel tray, cup holders and bottle holders around the vehicle. There are also map pockets and floor console storage for additional space. Hyundai has really thought well about the Eon and its space management.

Hyundai Eon Gearbox

The engine of Eon is derived from the reliable Santro workhouse. Even though it is only a 3-cylinder engine, it stays peppy, and with the iRDE technology, the engine of Eon stays reliable and fuel efficient.Hyundai Eon carries an 814 cc, 3-cylinder, 9-valve SOHC engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine derives a maximum power of 55.2 bhp (56 PS) and 7.6 Kgm of peak torque. The engine of the LPG model is similarly powered but returns a better fuel efficiency than the petrol model. The Hyundai Eon can do a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in like 21.1 seconds and the compact hatchback can reach a top-speed of 135 km per hour. The 3-cylinder set-up does vibrate a bit, but that is ignorable given the performance of the vehicle.

The Eon comes with a fuel tank capacity of 32 litres while the LPG models get a tank capacity of 32 litres. Hyundai Eon gets an ARAI certificate of 21.1 km per litre, which is exceptional in its class. The car performs very well in the city road conditions but runs out of breath as soon as it sees open highways. Hyundai Eon’s dry weight is less than 800 kilos, with the frugal 3-cylinder engine. With 814 cc displacement and the maximum power of 55.2 bhp, the car can be stamped as a decently-powered hatchback. The 5-speed manual transmission sends the power to the front wheels. The hatchback does alright when it comes to the city traffic speed. Eon can touch the 100 km-per-hour mark from standstill in 21.1 seconds.

The iRDE engine can power the Eon to the speed of up to 135 km per hour. Being small, the engine is peppy and can zip through the road. The LPG version of the vehicle does get some load in form of LPG cylinder but even then, the Eon feels quick and gets its way easily around the traffic. Hyundai has fitted a 3-cylinder, 9-valve engine in the Eon. The engine generates a moderate 55.2 bhp at 5500 rpm and a maximum torque of 7.6 Kgm at 4000 rpm. The power is transmitted through a 5-speed manual gearbox. With car weighing just 795 kg, Hyundai Eon never feels underpowered. The car is rated above its main rival Maruti Alto 800. With its small body and frugal engine, the Eon can negotiate most of the city roads with ease.

Being a 3-cylinder set-up, the Eon does make noises when ripped hard on open stretches. There are also noticeable vibrations when the car is tested to its limits. The car is not made for open highways and with the kind of engine it comes with, it justifies the price tag and its capability on city roads more than often. To know more details on Hyundai Eon check Byteintobigdata

Hyundai Eon Riding

The handling of Eon, owing to its small wheelbase, is remarkably good for its segment. The short turning radius enables the car to do quick moves in traffic or narrow town roads. The Eon is perfect for city due its small size. Ride quality of the vehicle is decent. The gas-type shock absorbers provide optimum comfort for the occupants and the McPherson struts give the vehicle that stability. The steering is very light, making Eon well suited for Indian roads, but there is no or very little feedback from the steering wheel, making it a lifeless and boring car to drive.

Hyundai Eon comes with disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The brakes have good bite and can bring the car to a stop within a small distance. The car can come to standstill from 100 km per hour in 3.52 seconds, given the dry road conditions. There is good amount of body roll present due to soft suspensions, which are tuned to give maximum comfort to the occupants, but the set-up does make driving scary around the fast corners.

Hyundai Eon Safety Features

Driver airbag is optional from D-Lite + onwards and is a standard provision on the top end variant while missing out on the entry level trim. Other safety features like central locking, keyless entry, front fog lamps, engine immobilizer, seat belts in front & rear and inside rear view mirror are offered on the hatchback.Key exterior styling features comprise of clear lens head and tail lamps, chrome finished grille in front, ORVM on passenger side and full wheel covers etc. Cabin gets dual tone colour theme, instrument panel with gear shift indicator, exclusive dashboard storage, AC vents, floor console storage, cup holders, map pockets with bottle holders on front door and rear parcel tray etc.

Hyundai Eon Cost in Chennai

Hyundai EON On Road Price is 3,86,567/- and Ex-showroom Price is 3,34,900/- in Chennai. Hyundai EON comes in 5 colours, namely Red Passion,Sleek Silver,Pristine Blue,Polar White,Star Dust. Hyundai EON comes with FWD with 814 CC Displacement and 3 Cylinders with Maximum Power 55 bhp@5500 rpm and Peak Torque 75 Nm@4000 rpm DRIVE TRAIN FWD and reaches 100 KMPH at N/A . Hyundai EON comes with Manual Transmission with FWD .

Hyundai Eon Conclusion

The Hyundai Eon is a hatchback that is powered by two petrol engines, a 814 cc and a 998 cc unit. Both engines are mated to a 5 speed manual transmission and the claimed fuel efficiency stands at 22.03 kmpl. Inside the cabin, higher variants of the Hyundai Eon are offered with a two-din stereo with USB or iPod connectivity, AUX-in, radio and CD integrated into the centre console. In terms of safety, the top end trim gets a driver airbag and the hatchback is claimed to have a rigid body structure for better impact protection.

Best 10 E-commerce Product Photography Tips For Beginners

Msresearch

What’s the number one thing we always see when looking at products on a website? Well, that’s pretty easy. The first thing almost everyone will notice when shopping online are the product images.

Appealing ecommerce product photography is what draws the user/consumer into the product. The imagery is the convincing and selling factor of your product.

The thing that is often looked over by new online store business owners is the power of ecommerce product photography.

If you do not have remarkable images you could be losing remunerative sales, and as a start-up you need all the sales you can get. There are many factors to consider when starting to work on your ecommerce product photography. For more details check SEO Services in London.

10 ecommerce product photography tips for beginners

1. Consistency

It is important to remain consistent in your imagery across your entire product range. Although not all the products are the same, the theme of your ecommerce product photography must be consistent. It’s a no brainer to ensure that each product looks the same throughout its image library.

Consistency is also about making sure you have a similar number of images throughout all your products, i.e. not having ten angles for one product and just two for another. You need to have a consistent strategy and solid brand guidelines across all product photos.

2. Photo quality

This is a VERY important factor to consider when doing your product photography. Put yourself in your consumer’s shoes: you are scrolling through an online store and you come across a product you really like. You click on the product to view it, but once you get into it you see the product has terrible photography.

As much as you like the product, you won’t buy it as your mindset on the product will inevitably change. You most probably assume that if the product imagery is bad then the product might be bad too, regardless of the fact that the product may actually be incredible.

3. Understand your product

Understanding what your product is will help you to get the best photography of it and help you decide whether the product requires a product shot, a lifestyle image or both.

Your product shots are typically just an image of the product itself, whilst lifestyle shots are shots of your product being used by a person. Whether using one or the other, it is also important to understand that your consumers cannot physically handle the product, so it is up to your photography to promote the product.

To effectively do this, it is best to include images of your product from multiple angles with either product or lifestyle shots. To know more details on SEO Services visit Cidoc2015

4. Think about colour

Colour needs to be carefully considered when displaying your products. With the product itself, it is important to understand if your product is available in a variety of colours. If that is the case then it is wise to display the product in its multiple colours.

Secondly, what is your product background if you are using product shots? It is unwise to have different coloured backgrounds over multiple products, as it will cause confusion.

Stick with a consistent background colour for all your products because this will allow for a clean-looking website layout. The highest recommended background colour is white as this prevents the chance of colour spill.

5. Lighting on a budget

In most cases as a start-up you don’t have much to spend on photos and fancy setups. There is a great solution. You have access to a light source during the day that’s completely free! Using sunlight for your light source is always a good option, however, you need to choose the right times of day.

The best times to take your photos is early mornings and late afternoons. It is best done at these times as it prevents harsh shadows from occurring and it can also give you a nice aesthetic for your photos if you know a little bit about photography and light manipulation. Otherwise, it’s not hard to make your own lightbox.

6. Importance of a tripod

The use of a tripod is highly underrated by those new to the ecommerce world. You may wonder why the effort of setting up a tripod is worth it and that you can just grab the camera and shoot. The most important feature of a tripod is stability.

Without a tripod your images could come out skew and off-centre. By using a tripod you can ensure that your camera is level and centred on your subject. The use of a tripod will ensure that all your images are consistent and clear.

7. Focus on the product

Trying to sell your product is your main focus and you want the best photos of your product. It is important to keep in mind that your product is the focus, so by adding too many accessories to the product it can distract attention from the product itself. Having accessories can negatively impact the shopper’s perception of the product.

8. Showcase the advantages

Whilst having multiple images of your product is great, you have to think about how your product will benefit your consumers and how best to display this.

By adding lifestyle or user-generated shots, or even videos, you can best convey the advantages of your products, as well as how to use them.

9. Always edit

As good as your camera may be, your images will never come out perfectly. Investing in photo editing software never goes to waste, as it will allow you to edit, edit and edit your photos again to ensure you get the best quality out of your image to create the greatest impact on your consumers.

10. Preparation

Before taking photos of your products it is a good idea to check them thoroughly. Ensure your products aren’t dirty or damaged in anyway.

If they are then this gives you the chance to fix or clean them to allow for the product to look like it’s supposed to. The smallest of imperfections can have a negative impact on your product when seen in HD. Think of your products as models – you want them to look their best.

Take these tips and tricks into consideration and implement them for the most effective ecommerce product photography. If you want your business to thrive you want to stick out.

Maintaining an active presence is a big part of success on Facebook. Facebook advertising is an excellent way to supplement your social media activities. Below are tips to help you get started, reach your audience, and become a real estate rockstar with Facebook advertising.

Create a Facebook Page for Your Real Estate Business

The great thing about Facebook advertising is that the platform caters to nearly every demographic with more than two billion active users from around the world.

The first step is to grow your brand by creating a Facebook business page with detailed information about your business, attractive images, creative content, and links back to your real estate website.

Setting Up Your First Facebook Ad Campaign

Facebook advertising is set up so that you can create advertising campaigns devoted to specific segments of your audience—or target more broadly. Your campaign is where you set up the big-picture details, like the ad’s objective and what URL will be associated with the campaign.

The ad set is where you determine the budget, target audience, and duration of the advertisement. Finally, the ad is where you will lay out all of the creative details.

Finding Your Target –

Plan ahead by researching your audience, and creating highly detailed target personas that mirror the characteristics of your audience.

Consider the types of customers who already visit your real estate business, in addition to any new demographics you’d like to reach.

Saving Audiences –

Save time by using Facebook’s tool for creating and saving audiences, which allows you to save the details of your target demographics so that you can easily create new ads for specific groups in the future. To know more information on SEO Agency for Real Estate visit Stsoft

Ad Placement –

Facebook provides a few different options for placing your ad, including directly in the newsfeed, on the right-hand side of the newsfeed, and on partner apps or mobile newsfeeds.

The best choice depends on the type of advertisement, so content often looks great in the newsfeed, while traditional ads often fit well in the right-hand column.

Ad Budget –

You can set a budget for all of your Facebook advertising campaigns, which allows you to manage costs and maximize your return on investment.

The budget feature also allows you to start small, and ramp up your investment as you become more comfortable with Facebook advertising.

Choosing Objectives –

Facebook makes advertising easier by allowing you to lay out specific objectives, like earning more page “likes” for your business page, directing people to your real estate website, or encouraging people to download your app. Consider your objectives for every campaign.

Creative Details –

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Hatchback First Drive Review

Vci-india

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Overview

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno may have been around since October 2015, but there is no slowing down this premium hatchback. An absolute bestseller for Maruti, the Baleno has averaged sales of 17,000 units in the past six months alone. So I have to say there was clearly no pressing need to rush in a facelift – especially given Maruti’s usual lifecycles on ‘premium products’ (look at the Ciaz), and the fact that any new competition like the Kia Rio and Tata X451 for instance, are still far away.

The Baleno outsells the current rivals like the Hyundai i20 (average sales of 12,000 units/month), VW Polo (average sales of around 1400 units a month), and Honda Jazz (average sales of 1200 units/month) by many a mile. It was at the very end of the first month of this New Year, that Maruti Suzuki unleashed the facelifted Baleno on us. Yes it was through an innocuous press release, no big drives or launch events. But now that you get the context, you will understand why it was important to bring you this review – because we still think it is a very big deal.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Design

The Baleno design isn’t the loud design language you’d see on the Hyundai i20 Elite or the Honda Jazz. In many ways, it looks like an evolution of the Swift. But that in no way is meant to be read in a negative light. The design is subtle, yet strong enough to lend it a lot of road presence. The flowing lines and smooth corners across the vehicle are derived from Suzuki’s new ‘liquid flow’ concept.

The Baleno has got a new grille, which is striking, unlike any other you’d see in the company’s portfolio. There’s a chrome outline that runs from the grille upwards and integrates neatly into the headlamp. The headlamp unit of the top variant we drove houses projector lamps clubbed with LED daytime running lights, and the ‘follow-me-home’ feature. On the lower variants though, it is a much simpler unit.

The side profile of the Baleno is where you see most evidence of the liquid flow concept. The lines on the side flow in sync with the overall design, and the bulges around the Baleno waist add to the character of the car. The windows and handles get the chrome treatment, and they sit well with the overall look of the car. At the rear, the smaller window and high boot-lid raise the overall presence of the car. The wider stance, further accentuated by the pronounced chrome element, gives the Baleno a distinct identity. The LED tail lamps look proportionate with the overall styling of the rear.

The top-end Baleno we drove had 16-inch alloys, while the lower variants get basic 15-incg steel wheels. Customers would have the option of choosing from seven colours, including a Autumn Orange, Ray Blue, Pearl Arctic White, Granite Gray, Fire Red, Premium Urban Blue and Metallic Premium Silver.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Cabin

The interior of the Baleno is one area we were fairly impressed with, and that is not simply restricted to the way the dashboard or the instrument cluster looks. The all-black look that Maruti has opted for gives the cabin a premium and sporty feel, attributes we believe would be welcomed by potential customers. There is no leather upholstery, as some might expect in a premium product, but the materials used and the fit & finish are good for the segment it will play in.Check for Maruti Baleno price in Bangalore at Tryaldrive.

Some components, including the 4.2-inch TFT screen, have been borrowed from the S-Cross, for instance. The metre console is freshly designed, and small elements therein have been beautifully done. For the first time in the country, Maruti has introduced the Apple CarPlay system, which allows the driver to connect an iPhone through the car’s in-built display and voice control system.

Steering mounted audio controls, tilt & telescopic steering, reverse parking camera and voice recognition are some of the other features that make the Baleno interiors an exciting experience. The higher models also get climate control, rear parking camera and satellite navigation system. Another interesting addition to the feature list is the UV Cut Glasses that have been introduced on the Baleno. These glasses help cut harmful UV rays by up to 85 %!

The cabin overall is spacious. There is ample leg, knee and shoulder room for the rear passengers and the front seats are large and comfortable. The driver’s seat gets the height-adjustable function. The boot offers 339 l of space, which we think is ideal for a family’s weekend run. You would find the loading height in the boot taller than some of the other cars in the segment, but that has been primarily done to keep in sync with European regulations. It is in no way a hindrance though.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Performance

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno is powered by two engine options – a 1,197 cc petrol and a 1,248 cc diesel. The petrol engine generates 83 hp power at 6,000 rpm and 115 Nm torque at 4,000 rpm whereas, the diesel produces 74hp at 4,000 rpm and 190 Nm at 2,000 rpm. While the petrol engine is a smooth unit, the diesel is more fun to drive but can be loud as well.

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno petrol has two gearbox options, a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic. The diesel, although, comes only with a 5-speed manual transmission. Gear changes on all the transmissions are seamless shifts and sorted gear-ratios ensure good drivability throughout the rev band, except lower engine speeds. To know more information on Maruti Suzuki Baleno check Byteintobigdata

Claimed mileage on the Maruti Suzuki Baleno petrol is 21.4 km/l in both transmission options while on the diesel it’s 27.39 km/l. These impressive fuel efficiency figures make the Baleno a good option for daily commutes.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Driving

The ride quality of the Baleno is an absolute highlight of the car. The suspension set-up – McPherson Struts in the front and Torsion Beams at the rear – is well tuned for Indian roads. On a certain section of road in Jaipur, we deliberately drove the car over potholes, and it returned un-scraped – thanks to the 170 mm ground clearance. We didn’t experience any body roll, and the stability of the car in high speeds is praiseworthy. The steering is light and communicative, and the brakes have adequate bite.

Through its development process, Suzuki put a lot of emphasis on optimisation of the entire vehicle, including components attached to the underbody. That has helped in keeping NVH in check, while maintaining good riding comfort.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Safety

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno comes with ABS and dual front airbags as standard across all variants for added safety. Apart from this, the car gets rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child mounts and seat belt reminders as standard across all variants, thanks to the upcoming safety norms.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Price in Bangalore

Maruti Suzuki Baleno On Road Price is 6,72,696/- and Ex-showroom Price is 5,54,689/- in Bangalore. Maruti Suzuki Baleno comes in 14 colours, namely Premium Urban Blue,Metalic Premium Silver,Pearl Arctic White,Ray Blue (RS),Autumn Orange (RS),Fire Red (RS),Granite Gray,Ray Blue,Premium Urban Blue (RS),Autumn Orange,Premium Silver (RS),Granite Gray (RS),Fire Red,Pearl Arctic White (RS). Maruti Suzuki Baleno comes with FWD with 1197 CC Displacement and 4 Cylinders with Maximum Power 83 bhp@6000 rpm and Peak Torque 115 Nm@4000 rpm DRIVE TRAIN FWD and reaches 100 KMPH at N/A . Maruti Suzuki Baleno comes with Automatic Transmission with FWD .

Maruti Suzuki Baleno Bottomline

Maruti will retail the Baleno through its premium network, NEXA. In fact, the company would be hoping to bolster the NEXA network through the success of the Baleno. The S-Cross premium crossover hasn’t truly set the sales charts on fire, and Maruti would be aware of that. Pricing would be key to ensure the Baleno’s success, and that we’ll know on October 26th.

However, what is commendable for Maruti is the right intention it has portrayed in offering safety as standard on the Baleno. Dual airbags, ABS, EBD and seatbelts with pre-tensioners are standard fare across all variants – a move that should upset the competitor’s strategy. The higher trims also get fog lights, auto headlamps and parking sensors.

So, in terms of overall packaging of the vehicle – powertrain, including the CVT, safety, interior space & features, and looks – the Baleno has the elements to deliver a strong product this festive season. Add to that the assurance that the company brings to prospective customers in terms of reliability, serviceability and hassle-free ownership experience – the Baleno could just be the next winner from the Maruti stable.

Early intervention services usually last until a child’s third birthday. But that doesn’t mean you’re suddenly on your own when your child turns 3.

Skoda Superb Hatchback First Look Review

Vci-india

Skoda Superb Overview

On our way to school, my friend Rahul and I used to play a very interesting game. We would count similar cars of a certain segment and whosoever had the larger count would win. That was ages ago but I still find myself counting cars at times. And if I had to pick a car today from the D-segment, which would help me beat Rahul, Skoda Superb would be it.The car may be the Czech carmaker’s most premium offering but is still a very popular choice in India and a common sighting in any of India’s big cities. After a successful run with the second generation Superb, Skoda has introduced the all-new Superb in India. Does it better everyone’s expectation? We drove from Mangalore to Coorg to find out.

The Superb is known for its presence and the new generation car has loads of it. Gone are the limousine-like proportions. It’s still a large car but the added width adds a lot of character. The sharp looks have evolved from the VisionC concept and a lot of the concept’s details have been carried forward to the Skoda Superb.

Skoda Superb Design

The face gets Skoda’s family grille while the rest of the design only makes the front end look a lot more aggressive than before. The headlamps follow the edgy theme seen in the Octavia but they are sharper and there’s a lot of detailing inside them – like the illuminated eyelash-like pattern and the striking L-shaped DRLs. Skoda says that the lamps draw inspiration from a renowned Bohemian glass cutting technique.Check for Skoda Superb  price in Hyderabad at Tryaldrive.

The car is longer than its predecessor while the wheelbase has also increased. However, the more coupe-like roofline, as opposed to a traditional three box-layout, makes the Superb stand out especially when compared to other D-segment cars. The shoulder line runs from the headlamp all the way to the tail lamp and to go with the aggressive styling theme, it’s a lot deeper and prominent at the doors. The Skoda Superb is offered with two alloy wheel designs depending on the variant. Although the Style and L&K variants get 17-inch wheels, the latter gets the more stylish multi-spoke pattern.

The rear end gets large split lamps that feature a neat looking C-shaped pattern. The tail lamps extend onto the bootlid and the angular shape follows the Skoda design signature seen in all of its siblings. All Superb variants also get an electric panorama sunroof as standard. Gone is the rotary knob to control it, and in its place is a push/pull switch, which is easier to use.

Skoda Superb Cabin

Were we to show you a photo each of the Superb and Octavia’s dashboards, there’s a high chance you wouldn’t be able to tell which belongs to which. Sure, the Superb’s dash is well laid-out, functional and user-friendly but it also seems designed to a template and this, to us, is a bit of a disappointment. With that out of the way, let’s get to what’s good about the cabin. For one, quality is top-notch. There’s less chrome detailing than the last Superb and glossy black plastics have taken the place of the faux wood too. But in terms of look and feel, the Superb’s cabin is comparable to cars higher up the price ladder. Soft-touch plastics, felt- lined door pockets and robust-feeling switches, the Superb has it all. The L&K trim’s customisable ambient lighting only makes the cabin feel more special still.

It’s also a cabin you’ll be comfortable in for long. Incredibly, there’s even more space in the back than before so you can really stretch out. Should you need more kneeroom, the Superb gives you the option to slide the front passenger seat at the touch of a button from the rear. Skoda aptly calls this feature ‘Boss Button’.The rear seat is sumptuous, well- cushioned and offers good all-round support. However, some might find the backrest a touch upright. The middle seat is also not very useable thanks to its hard cushioning and the high centre tunnel. Skoda should have also provided a dedicated air-con blower control at the rear as the AC takes time to cool that section of the cabin. In fact, in peak summer heat, we found the Superb’s AC struggling to lower cabin temperature quickly.

L&K trim cars get cooled front seats and the feature is a boon in hot and humid India. The powered front seats are broad, well- bolstered and offer a great range of adjustability. Finding a comfortable driving position is also easy but we wish the steering had electric adjust too.Otherwise, the Superb comes rather well-loaded. Bi-xenon headlamps, a sunroof, leather seats, touchscreen infotainment system with voice commands, sunroof and roll-up sun visors for the rear windows and rear windscreen are all part of standard equipment. Top-spec L&K versions also get three-zone climate control and a sonorous 610W Canton system, with 12 speakers, that strikes all the right chords. The Superb also scores for practicality with plenty of cubby holes and spaces for bottles, loose items and documents.

Skoda Superb Performance

As before, the new Superb is available with petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol engine is the VW Group’s 180hp, 1.8-litre direct-injection, turbocharged unit that also powers the Skoda Octavia and Audi A3 in India. This motor is tuned to make 320Nm of torque when mated to a six-speed manual gearbox, and 250Nm with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic which is the other transmission on offer. In either form, the petrol Superb is an exciting car.The 1.8 TSI motor is quick to rev, offers solid mid-range punch and does everything while making the right noises. It’s easy to get wheelspin on a hard launch and even when you floor the throttle in a lower gear, you’ll see the traction control lights flash wildly. There is a bit of lag when starting out but the engine’s power, even off-boost, ensures progress isn’t jerky at slow speeds. For more information on Skoda Superb  check Byteintobigdata

The 1.8 TSI’s manual gearbox is a joy to use with a very precise shift action, but clutch travel is long. Power and torque are available in plenty through the gears and overtaking requires just a flex of the right foot. We did find the gearing quite tall though. Third gear stretches to 175kph at 6,800rpm and fourth goes well beyond 220kph. Flat-out performance is good with the petrol manual version posting a 0-100kph time of 8.42 seconds. The petrol automatic does well for itself too with a time of 8.52 seconds from a standstill to the ton. Boost comes in a bit later here, at about 2,500rpm, but you’ll only feel the surge when you are aggressive with the throttle. In average driving, the automatic gearbox keeps the engine in the lower reaches of the rev band to maximise efficiency and progress is always smooth. Gearshifts are quick, be it in automatic mode or manual, via the gearshift or steering-mounted paddles. In manual mode, the engine runs deeper in the powerband, revving to 6,600rpm, and downshifting is quick with the paddles.

The 2.0-litre diesel engine version that comes mated to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission is exciting in its own right. The power figures should give a hint as to why. Where the last-gen Superb’s 2.0 diesel made 140hp and 320Nm, this one’s newer unit makes 177hp and 350Nm. And the performance jump is quite evident.0-100kph takes 7.83 seconds compared to the old car’s 11.22 seconds and it’s quicker in kickdown acceleration too. Yes, there is a bit of lag initially but the diesel engine comes in its stride past 2,000rpm and revs quite readily to 4,900rpm. The gearbox works well, shifts are quick and you have the option to take manual control here too. The engine is quite refined as diesels go but there is a bit of clatter at idle and though not loud, it’s always audible.L&K versions of the petrol automatic and diesel also come with drive modes that alter engine, gearbox and steering settings. You can choose between Eco, Normal and Sport settings and even customise the experience with Individual.

Skoda Superb Riding

The Superb has always focused on ride over handling but the new model does both quite well. Being based on the MQB platform, the chassis is more rigid and light at the same time. This, along with a multi-link rear suspension, adds to the dynamics. For a car with a large footprint, the Superb diesel is quite lightweight (1,565kg). A wider track and sticky Hankook Ventus Prime tyres also add to the grip.Apply car loan for Skoda Superb at Fincarz.

The steering weight can be adjusted but it is still quite light to operate even when it is weighted up. It isn’t a downer and in fact comes handy driving through town and over long distances. It is precise, although it could have been slightly more involving. The Skoda Superb overall offers neutral handling and surprisingly doesn’t feel like a large car to drive. Ride quality is impressive too with the suspension tuned for India and set more on the softer side. Body roll is controlled while high-speed stability is quite good. The tyres make a difference and we are glad that the Hankooks are softer and stickier compared to the Goodyears offered in the previous Superb and new Octavia.

Skoda Superb Safety Features

This car can’t be a Superb without a long list of features and the new generation car offers all the bells and whistles you could as for. While we spoken about a few comfort and safety features earlier, there are a lot more on offer. So many that the brochure uses three pages to list out all the features.

The more affordable Style variant gets a lot of features too. Offered as standard are leather seats, adaptive bi-xenon headlamps, hill-hold control, multi collision brake (a system that automatically shuts off the engine after it detects an accident when the airbag is deployed), an electro-mechanical handbrake, 8 airbags, parktronic sensors, keyless entry and ignition, puddle lights, 12-way adjustable driver seat, 6.5-inch touch screen, dual-zone climate control and two Skoda umbrellas that sit inside the front doors.

Skoda Superb comes with Manual Transmission with FWD .

Skoda Superb Bottomline

By any objective measure, the latest Skoda Superb is a fantastic car. It blends comfort, luxury and performance in one package and does so convincingly well. As always, keen pricing makes the deal seem sweeter still. But it must be said, the new Superb doesn’t take quite as big a leap over its predecessor as we had hoped. It builds on the strengths of the last-gen car rather than take things to the next level.

Some might even argue the new Superb’s not as multi-dimensional as the earlier car, having lost a bit of its sportiness and flair. However, would these aspects matter to a typical buyer? Not really. Because the way to really see the Superb is as a luxury car that punches above its weight. The car is as good, if not better than many of the more expensive cars that wear a premium badge. It’s this image that has helped sell the Superb in the past and there’s no reason why things will be any different with this new-gen car.

Top 4 Trends That Will Redefine Retail In 2018

Pasear-w

Every retail marketing professional has faced the same question in recent years, as artificial intelligence and machine learning have become an increasingly dominant force: How will my capabilities and skills fit into this new, digitally-driven, data-enhanced, AI-obsessed landscape?

The days of traditional marketing are long gone, and AI is reshaping the skills marketing requires and the strategies that will bring the most success. We will take a look at some of the ways this shift will challenge marketers and retail marketing departments in the New Year.

Marketing Team Makeup Changes Drastically

2018 will see retail marketing departments undergo an organizational change, moving away from a channel-oriented structure (with independent teams for SEM, display, email etc.) toward groups that bring together creative folks with data-savvy “marketicians”.

Fueled by the continued adoption of marketing automation platforms, these “marketicians” will have the skills required to operate and manage such platforms, while their colleagues focus on coming up with creative, emotionally intelligent and effective customer communications.

These two trends will make recruiting and training marketers a bigger challenge for organizations in 2018. CMOs will spend a larger portion of their time creating and growing a competitive advantage through a team able to manage and execute creative marketing approaches, as well as selecting and integrating the right technological platforms. For more information on SEO Services visit Quisicilia

Retail Marketing Teams Struggle to Make Sense of AI

The hype around AI will drive vendors and internal data science teams to try and apply recent advancements towards marketing optimization solutions – especially recent approaches in “deep learning”, for example using Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), or the various emerging architectures of Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), to name a few.

Such strategic initiatives will challenge marketing departments to recruit more sophisticated AI talent and oversee complicated R&D processes, traditionally not managed by CMOs, and many will need to seek out more advanced expertise to select between technology vendors and their sometimes vague, fluffy marketing collateral.

Many retail marketing departments will fail to successfully harness those new AI approaches due to significant underestimation of the expertise and time required. Some CMOs will look to bring such initiatives into the marketing organization, instead of collaborating with a BI/analytics/data science group. This will increase the demand for statisticians and AI experts with significant marketing background at the junior to mid-management levels.

Personalization Still Reigns Supreme

Personalization — across all marketing channels and customer experiences — will continue to help brands overcome loyalty challenges. To maintain their edge, they will have to turn to the right technologies: omnichannel marketing orchestration analytics and optimization platforms, website/mobile continuous A/B testing and optimization, advanced product recommendation engines and data-driven application of promotional offers, to name a few.

From a methodology perspective, successful retail marketing departments will continue to move away from a modus operandi based on a small number of customer personas going through a small set of pre-defined fixed journeys towards much finer granularity in both customer attributes and campaigns.

Digital-First Brands Give Others a Run for Their Money

Online-first retailers will continue to build and harness a loyal and engaged customer base. Having adopted the right personalization technologies at scale early, they are now giving brick-and-mortar brands a run for their money. Connecting the online and offline journeys of a customer has always been a challenge for retailers, but 2018 will be the year that younger, online-first brands turn it on and get ahead of their bigger competitors.

CMOs and marketing managers will have a big challenge in 2018 essentially reinvent their departments in order to keep up with the fast-moving changes of AI. Brands that can put their digital initiatives on top and really think digital will be the ones that turn these challenges into opportunities. As customer communication becomes more personal than ever, the winners will be the one that get personalization right.

What To Know Before You Go For Laser Liposuction

Laser Liposuction

Traditional liposuction requires an invasive procedure to remove fat from areas such as the abdomen, thighs, neck, and arms. But there’s another way to slim down without surgery or even downtime. It’s called noninvasive laser lipo, and it relies on laser energy instead of incisions to slim the body quickly and with minimal effort on the part of the patient.

HOW DOES LASER LIPO WORK?

Unlike conventional liposuction, the idea of noninvasive laser lipo is not to remove fat cells, but to shrink them.

During each session of i-Lipo—the brand of laser-lipo device Advanced Laser Body Care uses—a technician places pads equipped with laser diodes directly onto the skin. The laser energy penetrates down to the fat cells and creates tiny holes in their membranes. For more info Visit Personiks to know more about the treatment and cost of Laser liposuction  surgery in Hyderabad.

This causes the fat cells to release their stored fatty acids, glycerol, and water into the body and then shrink, potentially resulting in lost inches. The body then flushes out the expelled fat-cell contents via the lymphatic system or burns them for energy.

“Think of your fat cells as groups of juicy grapes,” Heather says. “The laser beam reaches the fat cell and shrinks the contents, and those grapes become raisins.”

WHO’S ELIGIBLE FOR LASER LIPO?

The pool of ideal candidates for laser lipo is a little bit smaller than for traditional lipo because the procedure isn’t perfect for extensive weight loss.

It might be right for you if you’re:

A. Only about 25 pounds over your ideal weight

B. More concerned with “problem areas” than total-body weight loss

C. In good health with good skin elasticity

Still not sure? Make sure to schedule a consultation! If you purchase one of our deals and are not a candidate, we’ll refund your money.

WHAT IS THE LASER LIPO PROCESS LIKE?

From there, the technician applies the pads to the targeted area, inundating it with laser energy for about 10 to 20 minutes. If necessary they may then move the pads to focus on another area and repeat the treatment. And that’s about it. You may see a difference immediately, but for best results, you’ll need to return. Here are some fast facts about the recommended cycle:

Treatment schedule

Though some clients begin to notice results after only a few sessions, most require 6–8 treatments to see maximum results.

Frequency

Two treatments per week for four weeks are recommended.

Downtime

Because the treatment is not invasive, no downtime is required.

HOW MUCH DOES LASER LIPO COST?

The cost of laser lipo can vary considerably depending on the size of the area you want to treat, as well as your location and the experience of the clinic you visit. A typical series of eight sessions can easily cost upward of $1,000. However, look for one of our deals on laser weight-loss treatments, which can cut costs dramatically.

A typical deal from us might cost about $50 for a single treatment, or around $30–$50 per treatment if you purchase multiple sessions at once.

BMW X6 Facelift Review & Test Drive

BMW X6 Overview

It is only when the world had come to terms with the correct definition of shapes of different types of vehicle, BMW shattered them all with an X6; a car that made a unique statement with its unconventionally styled exterior. The German manufacturer also coined a new term – Sports Activity Coupe for the X6 to position it in the most distinct way possible.

With its muscular haunches and an athletic stance, the X6 already looked the part of a sporty beefed up being but then the M Motorsport division at BMW weren’t satisfied with all of that. Instead, they wrapped it with an angrier looking face, machined alloy wheels and also made the interiors look different than that of the standard model. But the main change was done under the hood with an M powered engine. Check for BMW X6 price in Bangalore at Tryaldrive.

BMW X6 Design

As you scan the BMW X6 pictures of the exteriors, you will notice the overgrown size. The front gets comprehensively tweaked front fascia featuring redesigned head lights in front flanking the reworked radiator grille. The bumper gets fog lights placed a tad high than the usual. Other than the fog lights, bumper also gets chrome garnished air-vents and faux skid plate. An under front spoiler is also equipped making the SUV look sportier. 19 inch, multi-spoke alloys are shod with all four tyres, the flexuous crease lines bring prominence to the side of the SUV.

Body coloured outside rear view mirrors inset with LED turn indicators are placed on driver and co-passenger side. Bonnet is humongous, and roof lines cascading smoothly onto it notch up the outer appeal. Outside door handles are coloured in body colour. Roof meets seamlessly with the rear, a set of revised tail lights are fitted at the back, the black cladding equipped revised bumper appears sportier. Rear also gets rectangular shaped dual tail pipes.

BMW X6 Cabin

Once inside, you witness a cabin which is very typical of a BMW vehicle, with the layout being very common among its sibling. You do however get twin AC vents on the right most and left most side of the dashboard. Cabin quality is almost faultless with fit and finish levels being truly phenomenal. The dashboard gets a dark wood insert while the glovebox is very different, it’s not the usual pull down type and instead there is a button below the AC vent which opens a rather small glove box. However there are plenty of storage bins inside the cabin, including one below the centre arm rest. The instrument cluster is easy to read and you also get a heads-up display which shows the speed in your line of sight.

The seats of the BMW X6 are simply fantastic, offering terrific support all around. With the luxury package, one can get special comfort seats which have active seat ventilation, heating and lumbar support. The cabin feels rich in every way and there is plenty of space for four adults. Legroom is good and headroom is decent but a fifth passenger just won’t be able to sit because the sloping roof has cabin lights in the centre, thereby comprising on headroom of the fifth passenger. There is a small storage area on each side of the rear seat. The BMW X6 features a 4-zone climate control and also has an LCD screen for rear seat passengers (placed right behind the front arm rest) which plays multiple video formats including AUX and DVD. The doors which have wood, leather and aluminium on them are heavy but you don’t have to take much effort to close them as they have a suction mechanism which pulls them back into closed position.

The iDrive system shows an array of data, including torque distribution on each wheel. There are quite a few cameras including 360-degree view. Off-road cameras are placed on either side of the front bumper, while three cameras are placed on the roof to show what’s around you. There is a reverse camera as well with directional marking which is important as rear visibility is poor due to the small rear windshield. The multimedia system has navigation which is quite accurate. Right below the audio system are buttons for the cameras, traction control, boot opening, etc. The boot opens electronically and shuts down with a touch of a button. There is a charging port inside the boot, probably to power your portable refrigerator. There is good amount of boot space but the sloping roof does compromise on the trunk’s carrying capacity to a certain extent. To know more details on BMW X6  check Byteintobigdata

BMW X6 Performance

BMW offers the X6 in India with a petrol and diesel engine which offer excellent performance. The xDrive50i produces 407 HP of power and 600 Nm of torque from its 4.4-litre V8 unit, enabling it to sprint from 0-100 km/hr in just 5.4 seconds. We drove the xDrive40d variant which uses a 3.0-litre flat-6 unit to output 306 HP and 600 Nm. Performance is urgent with a tap on the accelerator pedal pulling the X6 quite strongly to high speeds. Power delivery is quite linear with turbolag well contained. 0-100 km/hr takes 6.5 seconds with the top speed being limited to 250 km/hr.

Even though the BMW X6 is quite heavy, performance is effortless and the mammoth amount of torque really helps in keeping the X6 on the prowl without losing breath even at high RPMs. Redline comes in at 5100 RPM and this motor is simply smashing when it comes to NVH levels, making a sporty hiss when you whip the throttle. Mated to a 8-speed gearbox, the X6 has quick shifts which can be manually controlled via either the joystick gearlever or the steering mounted paddle shifts. Shifting into Sports mode makes the vehicle even more eager and holds the gears longer. It even blips the throttle on downshifts, making the X6 quite fun to drive. Expect a mileage of 7-8 km/l in the city.

BMW X6 Driving

BMW’s are known to be driving machines, the X6’s weight tries to make an exception here. With significant amount of weight under its belly, the X6’s heaviness is felt at high speeds and it has quite a bit of body roll. The vehicle gets bouncy on bad roads and the run flat tyres really don’t help matters much. Surprisingly this BMW has a space saver spare wheel but still BMW has opted for run flat tyres, which do end up spoiling the ride quality to a certain extent. The vehicle is on the stiffer side but still glides on good roads, only to be unsettled on large bumps. BMW doesn’t offer mode selection on this variant of the X6 and you can’t choose between Comfort or Sport, surprising.

High speed stability is excellent and although it’s not as sharp as other BMWs, its still much ahead of its key rivals (from the SUV segment). The steering is a delight and has immense feel and feedback. It isn’t much heavy at low speeds but as you go faster, the steering simply comes into its own, offering a very tactile feel to the drive. Brakes are very sure footed and have terrific stopping power, with the pedal feel being extremely positive. The X6 has good off-road ability and can easily traverse most terrains, thereby offering an splendid balance of good on and off-road driving.

BMW X6 Safety

Among the safety features on offing six airbags, stability control, traction control, dynamic stability control including dynamic traction control, cornering brake control, side impact protection, engine vehicle immobilizer, crash sensor and hill descent control are included.

Bmw X6 comes with Automatic Transmission with 4WD .

BMW X6 Bottomline

The BMW X6 might loose out on headroom and boot space against the X5, but it offers an unparalleled level of desirability. While it sure is expensive, it’s a very different and unique body style which is attracting many people to the vehicle. The X6 has carved out such a niche that others are now following with their own offerings (Mercedes and Audi). If you want an SUV which drives well, performs brilliantly and looks out of this world, then the BMW X6 is your only choice today. The BMW X6 might be a less practical X5 but the style quotient makes all that worth it.
